About this program
QPR Capital Group LLC operates RxPortal, a pharmacy workflow and patient-communication platform. RxPortal uses a U.S. toll-free number to send service-related text messages to users and staff who have asked to receive them. This is a customer-care, non-marketing program.
What messages you'll receive
Messages relate only to:
- Account access and sign-in support
- Support-request and service-ticket updates
- Workflow and service notifications tied to your use of RxPortal
- Communication and account setup
We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this number, and we do not include protected health information (PHI), prescription details, or payment requests in these messages.
How you opt in (consent)
Enrollment is by verbal opt-in. During an onboarding or support phone call — before any text is sent — our staff read the following consent disclosure and ask for your permission:
“This is [staff name] with RxPortal, operated by QPR Capital Group LLC. Would you like to receive text messages from RxPortal about your account access, support requests, and service notifications? These are customer-care messages only — there is no marketing. You can expect up to about 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our terms and privacy policy are at this page. Do I have your permission to send text messages to this number?”
On a clear “yes,” we record the consent (date, time, mobile number, and the staff member who collected it) and send a one-time confirmation text. No web or electronic sign-up form is used for this program, and consent is never a condition of any purchase.

Frequency varies based on your activity — approximately up to 4 messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. RxPortal does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device, and messages may be delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control.
