You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPR Capital Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
